Big room with a nice kitchenette (which we didn't really use but was nice to have). Nice big rooftop pool. Location was convenient for us as we needed to drive to be close to Progreso, but it's far from the city's center.

The property is quiet and close to the bank and the malls. The lobby and rooms are inviting and have everything an AIRBNB would have. This is my favorite hotel in Merida.

We love staying in this hotel every time we visit Merida. It is very comfortable, clean, beds, pillows and towels are very nice.

The hotel is excellent, the breakfast really good. The only thing is that to get there they have to put the name up on the building because with the location they give you, we get lost. Was really hard to find the hotel. After that everything was excellent.

Place was nice. Check in easy and the lady nice. Room spotless and well prepared. Bed comortable.

Everything was just even better than what i expected. The staff was super nice, the room was incredible, the pool was even bigger than i thought.

This is a clean, polished hotel. The kitchen area is fully stocked so we were able to make a few basic meals which is great. The location is great if you want to take day trips to Progreso, but it is very far from the Centro. The complimentary breakfast was really good. Rooftop is nice.
